Ошибка адресной книги

При добавлении соединения, выходит ошибка адресной книги "Сервер не доступен на данный момент", от клиента до сервера и пинг и проверка порта проходят успешно, при том у всех так. Сервер зашущен на сервера.

В логах такое сообщение.

обновите программу до самой новой версии.
у вас сильно устаревшая версия, писать о проблемах, связанных не с новой версией смысла нет практически.
